At DK Fast Delivery, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered on time. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the rules for cancellations across all our services (Food, Grocery, Health & Wellness, E-commerce, and Parcels).
IMPORTANT NOTICE & DISCLAIMER: DK Fast Delivery acts as a delivery partner between you and independent third-party vendors. Cancellations for health and wellness products are subject to strict quality and safety guidelines. Once a vendor prepares an order, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the goods.
1.1. Food & Health & Wellness: Once a restaurant or Health & Wellness vendor accepts your order and starts preparation or packaging, the order CANNOT be cancelled. If you choose to cancel after acceptance, a 100% cancellation fee (no refund) will apply.
1.2. Grocery & E-commerce: You can cancel your order at any time before it is "Dispatched" for delivery. Once the delivery partner picks up the items, cancellation is not allowed.
1.3. Parcel Delivery: Cancellation is permitted only before the delivery executive reaches the pickup location. Once the pickup is done, the service fee is non-refundable.
We or our Vendors reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
2.1. Unavailability: If the items (food, health and wellness products, or groceries) are out of stock or the vendor is closed.
2.2. Address Issues: If your delivery address is outside our serviceable zone or incomplete.
2.3. Unreachable Customer: If our delivery partner arrives at your location and cannot reach you via phone or at the door after 10 minutes of waiting.
2.4. Safety/Legal: For health and wellness or parcel services, if the items are found to be illegal, restricted, or unsafe.
3.1. If an order is cancelled by Us or the Vendor (due to stock or technical issues), a 100% refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment source.
3.2. If the cancellation is made by the customer within the allowed timeframe (as per Section 1), the refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.
