Return and Refund Policy - DK Fast Delivery

Thank you for choosing DK Fast Delivery. We value your trust and are committed to providing a seamless experience. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds across all our services.

IMPORTANT NOTICE & DISCLAIMER: DK Fast Delivery is a delivery facilitator. For Health & Wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items due to hygiene and safety standards. All refund claims for such products are subject to strict verification by the respective Vendor.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Company: Refers to DK Fast Delivery ("We", "Us", or "Our").
Goods/Items: Refer to the products offered for sale on our platform.
Orders: Mean a request by You to purchase goods from Vendors through our Service.
You: Means the individual or entity accessing the Service.

2. Service-Specific Policies

A. Food Delivery
• Cancellation: You can cancel your order before the restaurant accepts it. Once preparation starts, cancellation is not possible.
• Issues Upon Delivery: For incorrect or missing items, contact support within 15-30 minutes of delivery. We will investigate and provide a refund or replacement.

B. Grocery Delivery
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Quality Issues: For damaged or missing groceries, please report within 1 hour of delivery for a verified refund or replacement.

C. E-commerce & Health & Wellness
• Cancellation: Possible only before the order is dispatched.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Please report issues within 1 hour of delivery. For Health & Wellness, any health and wellness product issues will be addressed immediately upon vendor verification. Returns are NOT allowed for hygiene-sensitive products once the seal is broken.

D. Parcel Delivery
• Cancellation: Possible before the delivery partner picks up the parcel.
• Lost/Delayed Parcels: If a parcel is lost, we will investigate and provide a full refund of the delivery fee or reschedule the service.

3. General Refund Information

3.1. Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
3.2. Refund Method:
Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card).
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, you must provide your bank details or UPI ID. Alternatively, we can add the refund to your DK Fast Delivery Wallet for instant use.
