Welcome to DK Fast Delivery! The DK Fast Delivery mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the "Platform") are owned and operated by DK Fast Delivery. By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE & DISCLAIMER: DK Fast Delivery is a delivery facilitator and technology provider. We are NOT a licensed pharmacy, medical practitioner, or healthcare provider. Any "Health & Wellness" products delivered through our platform are sourced from independent third-party vendors. We do not sell or deliver prescription-only drugs. All health-related products are provided on an "as-is" basis by the vendors.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
1.2. Child Safety Policy: Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has used the app or provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account immediately.
2.1. DK Fast Delivery operates as an independent technology platform (intermediary) that connects users with independent third-party merchants, including restaurants, grocery stores, Health & Wellness providers, and parcel services ("Vendors").
2.2. We strictly provide delivery and technology services. We do not prepare food, manufacture products, or dispense medical advice. The responsibility for the quality, safety, hygiene, and legal compliance of the products (including health and wellness products) lies entirely with the respective Vendor.
3.1. To use our services, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
4.1. All orders placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by the respective Vendor.
4.2. Prices displayed on the Platform are determined solely by the Vendors and may fluctuate. The final checkout page will display the total amount, including item prices, delivery charges, packaging fees, and applicable taxes.
5.1. Order Cancellation by You: You can cancel your order free of charge ONLY within the first minute of placing it, provided the Vendor has not accepted or started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
5.2. Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your order in cases of item unavailability, unreachable customer location, or if you fail to respond to the delivery partner's calls upon arrival. In such instances, no refund will be initiated.
5.3. Any refund claims regarding missing items, wrong orders, or poor quality must be reported to our support team within 12 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
6.1. We offer multiple payment options, including Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
6.2. For online payments, transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. DK Fast Delivery does not store your sensitive banking details.
7.1. We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time communicated. However, delivery times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, weather, or operational delays.
7.2. You are required to provide precise delivery instructions and be available at the location to receive the order.
8.1. DK Fast Delivery shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, or for the quality of items provided by the Vendors.
8.2. Any health-related issues, allergies, or claims regarding health and wellness products must be directed to the respective Vendor. DK Fast Delivery does not guarantee the effectiveness or safety of any product sold by third-party Vendors.
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sitamarhi, Bihar, India.
