At DK Fast Delivery, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our delivery processes, charges, and timelines across all our services (Food, Grocery, Health & Wellness, E-commerce, and Parcels).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: DK Fast Delivery is a delivery facilitator. We strive to maintain the highest standards of delivery. However, the quality and packaging of items (including health and wellness products) are the responsibility of the respective vendors. We ensure the fastest transit from the store to your doorstep.
1.1. Service Areas: We currently provide delivery services in Runnisaidpur, Sitamarhi, and surrounding local regions. We only accept orders with delivery addresses within our predefined service zones.
1.2. Operational Hours: Delivery services are available during the operating hours of our partner vendors. Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
2.1. Food Delivery: Typically delivered within 30 to 60 minutes after order confirmation, depending on food preparation time and distance.
2.2. Grocery & Health & Wellness: Usually delivered within 1 to 2 hours.
2.3. E-commerce & Parcels: Same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the pickup time and package volume.
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or vendor delays.
3.1. Distance-Based Fees: Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance between the vendor and the delivery address. The final charge will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
3.2. Small Order Fee: A small convenience fee may apply to orders below a certain minimum value, as determined by the platform.
3.3. Promotional Offers: We may offer "Free Delivery" for certain restaurants or above specific order values from time to time.
4.1. Live Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you can track the real-time location of our delivery partner through the DK Fast Delivery App.
4.2. Handover: Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the order to the doorstep of the address provided. If the address is unreachable (e.g., inside a restricted building), the handover will happen at the nearest accessible point.
We are not liable for delivery failures in the following cases:
5.1. If the customer provides an incorrect phone number or address.
5.2. If the customer or recipient is not available to receive the order after multiple attempts by our delivery partner.
5.3. In such cases, the order will be marked as "Failed Delivery," and no refund will be issued for perishable items (food or health and wellness products).
